Panoramica del ruolo:

La persona lavorerà nell’ufficio acquisti, in supporto alla figura del Category manager, contribuendo attraverso la sua attività ad un efficace gestione della supply chain, in particolare da due versanti:

Analisi dati (Data Mining)

  • Data mining a supporto dell’attività di verifica, aggiornamento e settaggio Costi Standard in carico ai singoli Category Mgr
  • Data mining & clustering a supporto ed in collaborazione con i Category Mgr per la predisposizione del piano di Saving FY22 e dei relativi eventi di E-Sourcing (Ariba),
  • Nella riorganizzazione del Material Management, attività propedeutica al completamento del trasferimento di attività all’unità di acquisti tattici.
  • Supporto all’identificazione dei cost driver per data tipologia/famiglia di prodotto ed implementazione di strumenti automatici per creazione di listini parametrici
  • Analisi del processo produttivo con il supporto / interazione enti interni quali Produzione ed Ingegneria Industriale ed incrocio dati attuali con i fabbisogni storici e tipologia di prodotto impattato, analizzando eventualmente l’introduzione di nuovi macchinari

Interazione con i fornitori:

  • Supporto ed interazione nell’attività di Scouting fornitori Globale (in accordo alle direttive Emerson Corporate) e negoziazione
  • Visione e contribuzione alla realizzazione di: richieste di offerta ai fornitori, lettura di un’offerta commerciale e creazione delle condizioni commerciali di un’offerta
